Refund & Cancellation Policy

When refunds are available

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

• If Pristine Press & Media breaches its agreement with you, you may receive a full refund of the purchase price, less a $100 administrative fee covering setup costs.
• If you terminate the agreement after submitting your manuscript but before interior design begins, you may receive a refund of 25% of the purchase price.
• If you terminate after interior design has begun but before you complete the Digital Preview Approval Form, you may receive a refund of 25% of the purchase price.

Submission deadline

To remain eligible for a refund, all required materials must be submitted within six (6) months of the date of your service order. If materials are not submitted within that period, refund eligibility is forfeited.

Non-refundable services

The following are non-refundable:

• Pre-publication and post-publication services, including copyediting, corrections, and book sales
• Second and subsequent edition publications

When no refund applies

No refund is available where the author breaches the agreement. If Pristine Press & Media terminates a project without cause, no refund is issued, but all rights to the work revert to the author.

Termination notice

Where we discontinue a publication due to commercial risk or potential litigation, we will provide 30 days’ advance notice.
